Abstract: The prototype of a modular CGI-system for real time simulation in atraffic simulator will be presented. It will be shown, that with the proposed configuration of a large asymmetric multiprocessor system, organized in different layers of homogenous partial, systems, and an overlayed pipeline - architecture the usage of common hardware components is generally possible for the realization of low cost solutions.
