Abstract: Body-shape data from 3D digitizers are utilized to design various products. We present the method generating a shoe last shape from 3D scanned foot data. To generate a producible last shape that fit to subject's foot, we apply designing method originated from a shoemaker to the foot shape. Then the constraints on last shape are derived. We deform a template surface with Laplacian deformation under the constraints. As a result of that, we try to obtain a custom last shape.
